Added gitignore for Visual Studio projects #1

Hey @benedekkupper,

We're integrating maple-sdk today and bumped into an issue where Visual Studio drops some junk files into this project (used as a submodule). It would be helpful if the project had a .gitignore file so that these generated files don't get inadvertently submitted.
