Redstone crash not fixed #1

Reproducable mc version: 1.16, 1.17, 1.18 To cause crash you should place redstone dust above trapdoor.

I will create a module for Sierra which will be able to patch redstone crasher.

Sus? That worked on my env. Server spigot 1.16.5 (not paper/latest), client 1.16.5 forge

Even with normal spigot 1.17.1 isnt working

The rail MUST be placed in the correct face, not auto-linked The door MUST be placed AGAINST the block
