Just got kicked for no reason as soon as i join. #26

Create a limit for this packet in "generic-packet-frequency-limit" section (https://github.com/Interlink-Media/Sierra/blob/9e5f246898dbf181001ec1818fa169f177964ce1/src/main/resources/sierra.yml#L129) for the PONG packet and increase it.
