Cannot find file: /medley/ error when visiting files.interlisp.org/medley #1870

Right now when I visit https://files.interlisp.org/medley/ with Firefox or Chrome on Linux I get a blank page with this error:

ERROR: Cannot find file: /medley/

Fixed by rerunning do_hcfiles workflow.

Explanation (such as it is): the do_hcfiles workflow appeears to have failed during this week's release build - although there are no error messages in the log and github actions thinks that do_hcfiles succeeded. So ?

I think this should stay open until the cause has been fixed. At a minimum, reporting problems and not wiping out the previous version until the new one is completed would be good.
