Time perspective/prioritization in education package

We received an interesting question from a co-worker, Christina, about time perspective in an education package. In an education package (several already existing educations linked) she would like to have like a time limit for when co-workers should do an education. Like education A,B and C should be done before they have their first work day, C,D and E withing three weeks after start. Is this something for the automatization project since it would have to be individualized?

Kan man lägga in ett tidsperspektiv i ett introduktionspaket som en prioritering för ny personal att veta i vilken ordning utbildningarna ska göras samt inom en viss tid? Exempelvis att man behöver göra utbildningarna A och B före första passet, utbildningarna C, D och E inom tre veckor efter start osv.....

What are you expecting to happen if they do not do course A,B and C before the first workday in the above example?

It will be possible -with the automation-tool- to set up flows that will remind the users that they need to do the right courses. You will also be able to set up reminders to the users manager if they fail to comply with the required courses. Using the prerequisites functionality - you are able to set up the required order of the courses as well, or set up a course package called "Onboarding" with all the courses in the right order that might be clearer to the users.

Maybe in the next operational meeting we have you can show me how all this would be done? With the prerequisites functionality 🙂 If the automatization project has been launched by then.
