Explain member records with no name or IAC id #106

In the admin member list view there are a few dozen member records with blank name and IAC id. How did this happen? Are those records used? Explain it and clean it up.

And if these records do serve a purpose, replace any blank name with placeholder text (e.g., --- or (blank)) in the display.
