Contest results sometimes need to be adjusted well after the event is over. This is a hassle because the JaSPer data files are typically left on whatever system was using for contest scoring, so we have to track down the person who has that computer and walk them through zipping up and emailing the files.
Bob Buckley will enhance JaSPer so that when the user uploads the results summary (an XML file), it also zips up all of the data files and uploads that archive to IACCDB via an HTTP POST.
