Regional Series page should display Nationals for competitors who were there #223

The page -- https://iaccdb.iac.org/leaders/regionals -- only shows contests in the region in question even though Nationals is a "wildcard". E.g.: Screenshot from 2021-11-17 17-05-36

Turns out the logic already does this. The Nationals were incorrectly "regioned" as South Central, should be "National". Which is now fixed.
