Single entrants in a category shouldn't automatically be labeled `HC`

Rule 33.2.1 was changed for the 2022 contest season.

Before: The minimum number of competitors to comprise a category for official ranking and trophies is two.
After: Individual 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies will be awarded to category winners at all sanctioned contests.

Prior to this change, it was safe to assume that a lone competitor was flying HC. Now it's ambiguous.

It turns out that JaSPer has a Patch subcategory designation. So from IACCDB's perspective, it's probably simplest to equate that with HC.
