Flag current judges in pre-registration reports #7

Contest organizers need to know if they'll have enough judges at their events. Currently they can only check that by manually cross-referencing the list of pre-registrants against the list of current judges.

Pre-registration records link to member records, and member records indicate if they are a current judge. So adding a visual indication of which registrants are current judges would be a big help.
