Use github container registry (ghcr) as additional Docker-Image storage #167

So that people do not always have to specify their credentials, images should also be located in the GHCR (see Dataspace Connector). For complex and automatic deployments with DSC, CM and GUI, it would probably be cool if all images of all components were located in the GHCR.
