chore: add links to markdown in intro README #118

Shouldn't we just throw out the latex files (in the readme and in the repo)? Actually we would have to get the Markdown folders one level higher, but I wouldn't do that now with all the PR.

I personally would support both points (removing the old tex files and moving the markdown files one level higher)

I updated the readme and removed the latex files. Can you please take a look @ssteinbuss and @HeinrichPet? Moving the files one level up should be done in a finalizing PR at a later stage.
