Provide chapter 2 for the new version of the certification scheme in the following branch: https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-RAM_4_0/tree/cert_scheme_revision -> Provide more details regarding the differentiation of roles for the two types or certification, links to further resources (rulebook, link to website with list of approved evaluation facilities,…)

Version for review of the WG Certification until June, 17th 2022
Feedback received and integrated until WG Meeting on June, 29th 2022
Official approval of the new version in the WG Meeting
