Enhance explanation of Self-Descriptions within the Metadata Broker #215

While reading through 3.5.4 Metadata Broker, I had problems to understand the Self-Description concept. After Discussion with @HeinrichPet, I have a better understanding what a Self-Description is.

TL;DR Add explanation saying that the Self-Description contains the hosting Connector + available endpoints and data.
