International-Data-Spaces-Association / IDS-RAM_4_0

Currently, there are more and more dedicated dataspaces, so the topic of multiple Identitiy Providers becomes more and more important for connectors who need to be in multiple dataspaces at the same time. Accordingly, we must include the discussion or the result in RAM 4.0: https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-ThinkTank/tree/main/ids-daps-federation

I guess we need to discuss this one level above, starting from the governance perspective. I started to sketch the trust model discussion here: https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-ThinkTank/blob/main/ids-trust-model/concept.md

Can/should this question be discussed separately from Gaia-X? If there should not be the master of masters company on top of all (not a so good idea), are there other solutions available than SSI with VC/VP and public resolver registries?
