The Role Model is pretty stable and requires a slight revision. Tasks:

review Role Model in general
Clarify description of Service Provider. This raises repeating questions, therefore it should be clarified.
Contracts can be more detailed and linked to other sections
INteractions should be linked to other sections where the interactions are described in detail.
