First version of yml file to start the testsuite including the postman collection only based on docker and without the execute shell script

Thanks for the pull request @MadeByAI-MEM, I have reviewed the pull request, it mentions DSC connector version 7.1.0 and MDB version 5.0.0 for the testsuite deployment. Actually, the IDS-testbed is using MDB v5.0.3 and DSC version 8.0.2. I believe the docker-compose.yml should match the status version of the IDS-testbed's components. Could you please provide that changes and make another pull request at this repository? Please, assign me to the pull request and I will review it.
