Fix typo: "One can become a contributor by joining the Rule Book Working Group as member of International Data Spaces Associatoin."

Also we should use "IDSA Rulebook" consistently. Now there are different versions "IDSA rulebook", "IDSA Rule Book", etc.

Should be "IDS Rulebook" as the name of the document to be used.
