Move Content of *_toGlossary Files #292

There are several old *.ttl_toGlossary files left. We should move the content into the IDS-G (see also #266 ) and delete those files.

If you will support me with those glossery-entries, I will put them to IDS-G-glossary...

We currently have 10 *_toGlossary files:

We can conveniently find these by entering toGlossary into the search function

Who can decide for these 10 files whether their content should be removed or moved to IDS-G with the help of @jlangkau ?
