The PDF recommendation at the LOV suggestion page lists multiple properties that we currently do not serve. Might be a blocker for #302 .

dc:issued Date of the first vocabulary publication
dc:rights Property rights of the vocabulary
cc:licence Licence of the vocabulary

Not required anymore. We already provide cc:license, and cd:created (instaed of dc:issued). cc.rights seems to be optional.
