Resolves #147: I firstly merged the pull commits from Pascal, he had already made some updates of the missing shapes. And I checked all ontology and classes in the folder "model" and "taxonomy" to find the missing shapes. Do I miss any folder where also stores the IDS ontology?

Nope. You got all relevant classes. We store core classses in model/ and extensive class taxonomies in taxonomy/
