The QueryScope (https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/InformationModel/blob/develop/codes/QueryScope.ttl) allows the request for inactive (aka deleted) Resources or Connectors. That's actually not intended, anything that has been deleted shall not be visible to clients anymore.
Given that we delete the 'inactive' flag, the QueryScope has only one instance anymore --> No information content.
Therefore, I ask to delete the QueryScope completely.
