Should memberParticipant be subPropertyOf subOrganizationOf? #431

https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-org/#org:hasSubOrganization has domain and range Organization. Similarly, ids:memberParticipant has domain and range ids:Participant. Thus, should it be a subproperty of the former?
