The relaxation of ranges from URI-only or RDF Resource-only to "enable URIs and RDF Resources at the same time" is breaking the existing tools and libraries. This approach here with sh:order is an attempt to mark the traditional range in a SHACL-like manner.

@HaydarAk , @JohannesLipp , maybe one of you wants to take a look at our proposal. I remember we have talked ybout this quite some time ago but I simply forgot to create this PR.
