docs: add sequence diagrams for transfers #111

I don't think we should include anything about "data planes" in the diagrams, particularly the requests, as they are not normative and an implementation detail. I would remove those and keep the two "control planes"

Without the data plane, we don't need the sequence diagrams because they do not bring any value: the message sequence is the same and message contents are described in the subsequent sections.

The descriptions mention data planes and their activations within the sequence. So IMO, either we remove the text at all or keep the data plane in the diagrams. Let me slim this down, I will remove the resource stuff.
