Remove Credential Issuer as a subtype of ParticipantAgent #163

In the [Dataspace Model], Credential Issuer is a subtype of ParticipantAgent. This relationship should be removed as an issuer may not be a dataspace participant. For example, a third-party issuer such as a state or auditor, could issue verifiable credentials that are trusted by dataspace participants without being a participant itself.

The only change that needs to be made is to the Relationships Diagram
