Cleanup `EndpointProperty` inconsistencies and specify `authType` #218

The following items need to be clarified with respect to EndpointProperty on DataAddress:

Describe the authorization property and make case consistent with DSP conversions (camel case)
Specify authType property to define how clients must present authorization tokens
Remove incorrect bearer prefix in token examples
Remove non-normative S3 references in data address examples
