First steps in the new eclipse project

The items below will become new issues in the Eclipse Repository https://github.com/eclipse-dataspace-protocol-base

• rendering of the GitHub content (eclipse branding instead of IDSA branding)
• regular meetings, regular committer meetings (biweekly) --> Open/close (combined with community meeting) 30 mins
• community meetings (biweekly) --> Open/close (combined with committer meeting) 30 mins

  • enable GitHub Pages
  • release folders
  • GitHub pages
  • w3id do we need to change something here
  • checking the schema files
• Which issues do we need to transfer to the new repository
• Contributor Guidelines
• Strict rules how to become a Committer/Contributor
• Communication channels (discord, mailing list, matrix, Github,.), and communication guidelines, when to use what?
• Check settings / Configuration of the GitHub repository
• Project Management like Milestones, Project Boards.
• Code of Conduct needs to be added. check Eclipse Code of Conduct

Preparation for the KOM meeting of the Eclipse Project, please label issues that should not be transferred to the new repository with 'wontfix'. This will be discussed in the KOM.
