Requests for vingettes #170

Please use this issue to post requests for vignettes that I will create.

Just write a statement of what you want to do. It would be helpful if you could also think about and describe the target audience. We can make vignettes for anything ranging from how to compile the database out of the raw templates, run QAQC on a template, make a figure, etc.
