Update: ISRaD Zenodo Account for new DOIs #196

Hi all, quick update - I just created an ISRaD Zenodo account so that we can help others get DOIs for unpublished datasets. This is to centralize/streamline/facilitate the process for people who want to contribute unpublished data to ISRaD, while making sure that the data is properly attributed. The idea is that we can upload the file & metadata for people, and then they can login & review their own study details before finally posting it.
