ISRaD_Extra geospatial naming conventions inconsistent/insufficient? #248

The geospatial naming convention file establishes 7 identifying components for file names. However, a few of our geospatial files do not follow the conventions. Specifically the MODIS landcover files and the soil order files use "0.5" in the top depth position, with "deg" in the unit position, referencing the spatial resolution.

I would suggest removing this information from the file names, as it is captured in the metadata elsewhere, and the file names are primarily intended for scripted naming of the variables in ISRaD_Extra.

Finally, some of the data (WorldClim, TerraClim) cover a range of years. Should we include this range? If so, how? With a dot between the years (ex. soilMoist_x_x_1981.2010_mm_TC.tif). Or should we add another position?

I'm fine with removing this information ("0.5", "deg). I don't think it is necessary to add the range of years since this should also be clear from the metadata. But I don't have a strong opinion about it...
