This PR adds:

Workflows for Azure for Linux, macOS & Windows.
BugReportSamples/ Directory with Example Reports
Trusted Signing to my powershell scripts
signtool verification example & hashes for .dll & .exe files via URL
DemoIccMAXCmm.dll Install & Registry Helper
Refreshed contrib/Readme.md

These are the only items scheduled for this PR.
