Add a link to Scratch Website #3

I think a link to Scratch's website should be included in this under the section mentioning what the Scratch Wiki is, to guide people who do not know what Scratch is to the site.

If this were to be implemented, there also needs to be a way for the link to appear in translated versions of this.
