R/Sv5 IPv6 Initial Configs do not load #15

This seems to be a problem in IOL and VIRL. The ipv6 lab configs do not work for the advanced technology labs. Only R1 loads the initial configs.

Seems like the configs for the remaining routers are not present on the .virl file.

i modified ipv6.initial with the configs for R2-9 please let me know if it works ipv6.initial_MOD.virl.zip
