Iss 4 - SPv4 Management network / LXC #5

Regarding #4 Did some scripting to add Management VRF and management interfaces to all .virl files in SPv4.

Tested base.ipv4.virl and l2vpn.vlan.based.virl, and confirmed that all routers became "reachable" from the LXC and that one could telnet to the routers from the LXC.

Might be better to manually specify a simulation-only network, and hard-code common management IPs for each router? 10.255.0.101 - 124?
