narrowed the sidebar by half
re-arranged facilities into a single page which is automatically compiled
updated description on About page
updated a couple facility pages

More general todo issues
make About show up in the sidebar
Update more of the facilities pages with more recent "in use" pictures.
make 5 most recent news show up in the sidebar.
