SDL_RenderSetLogicalSize() called with 0,0 #240

In Init_SDL(), SDL_RenderSetLogicalSize() is called with gScreenWide, gScreenHigh zero. This affects opengl_resize() when it calls SDL_RenderGetLogicalSize(), preventing opengl from creating a framebuffer.
