add mouse Y axis invert option #290

I prefer to play mouselook games with the Y axis inverted (i.e. push forward on mouse to look down, pull back to look up), so the current behavior is very disorienting. Obviously this is a preference, so it would be nice to have an input option to toggle this.

Closing due to pull request #297 merge.

I'm not sure about cyberspace because I couldn't get a proper test going.
