Separate CI jobs for 32 and 64 bits #330

This builds on top of https://github.com/Interrupt/systemshock/pull/326 / https://github.com/Interrupt/systemshock/pull/329 for obvious reasons :)

Add separate 32/64 bit build jobs for Windows and Linux; set OSX jobs to 64 bit.

If you bring this up to date with master, I can merge it in now.
