Mouse not locked to window (Linux) #407

In windowed mode, the mouse isn't locked to the window on Linux. Makes mouselook especially annoying to play with.

The issue persists in fullscreen mode too. After turning right/left for a bit, the game refuses to accept any more mouse input in that direction.
