Test to check that CI will catch out of date golden files. See e.g. this run:

This PR reuses the state from https://github.com/IntersectMBO/cardano-cli/pull/720, before the commit adapting golden files for metadata tests.

Please ignore all commits of this PR except the last one, that adds the test that will make it to main in TODO
