The only CI failure left now is the issue that needs the upgrade to 8.8.

Since we're just starting this repo I guess merging this in a broken state is acceptable?

@sjoerdvisscher If the failing test case is because of cardano-api pre 8.8, then I would just comment it, and add a TODO.
