Describe the feature you'd like When upgrading Cardano node it would be nice if it could log an ETA when the upgrade is expected to finish

When upgrading or syncing the node we currently don't have an ETA provided. Adding this feature could help us to better manage our resources during node upgrades or resynchronization.
