Context

While consitution.gov.tools works, interim constitution page doesnt work - https://constitution.gov.tools/en/interim-constitution

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to CC portal landing page - https://constitution.gov.tools
Click on Interim Constitution

Actual behavior

Error message on black screen - "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

Expected behavior

Interim constitution loads normally
