Add Atomic Swap #212

Atomic Swap is a non-escrow escrow (allow 2 people to trade any number of assets against any other number of assets) and is similar to Trading Tent.

Atomic Swap is a p2p trading app. It allows two people to exchange any number of tokens/NFTs in a single transaction. It does all this without smart contracts and instead uses multisig and both parties must agree and sign the transaction-
