Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a proposal
  2. type in several comments

Actual behavior

The comment threads are hard to read, as they are not properly designed to let the reader pick out the most important information: the comments themselves. The titles are overly large, and the dates also get in the way of reading.

Expected behavior

The comment threads are easy to read, scan and follow

@m-i-k-e Will this be covered with new design? If not, who is to suggest changes to how its being displayed?

This needs looking at by someone who will be able to add a proper type hierarchy. Not difficult, but a little work will make it much more readable.
