Usersnap not working on any environment #1463

Context & versions

Environment: dev, test, staging, sancho

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to GovTool on any environment
  2. Click on the User Feedback button in the footer

Actual behavior

  1. Nothing happens
  2. A number of errors are shown in the Javascript console

Expected behavior

  1. Usersnap modal for reporting issue is opened
  2. No errors are thrown in the Javascript console
