CIP-100 properties in CIP-108 metadata fails the validation #1697

Context & versions

Voltaire GovTool v1.0.12 Sancho, Preview

Steps to reproduce

  1. Generate Governance Action outside GovTool
  2. Add eg.: external updates to metadata

Actual behavior

Valid Governance Action with the above property fails the validation.

Expected behavior

CIP-108 extends CIP-100, meaning that any CIP-100 property should pass the validation
