Probably more of a mobile wallets issue than a GovTool issue, but will leave open to think about more

On the only wallet that works on mobile, Vespr, according to @Ryun1, their in-wallet browser does not support downloading files on a mobile device. Maybe this can be amended by the wallet dev?
