When sorting by voting power, GovTool does not match AdaStat's rankings https://adastat.net/dreps

lets investigate this one

  1. compare https://adastat.net/dreps (sort by voting power)
  2. compare https://gov.tools/drep_directory (sort by voting power)

@Ryun1 There is a different logic implemented for Adastat and GovTool.

DRep directory view on GovTool can potentially be expanded to include all, but with proper filtering.
